The Siege of Terra begins at last as Horus and the traitor legions seize orbit over the Throneworld and unleash a devastating bombardment on humanity’s cradle. This episode follows the opening phase of the final battle of the Horus Heresy, from Perturabo’s methodical attempts to crack the Imperial Palace’s defenses to the brutal struggle for Lion’s Gate Spaceport. As billions perish and Terra burns, Rogal Dorn, Sanguinius, Sigismund, and the loyalists fight desperately to contain the advancing forces of Chaos. The video explores how the traitors adapt from failed orbital destruction to full-scale surface war, using siege camps, chemical weapons, mass infantry assaults, Titans, and elite Astartes spearheads. Major characters such as Abaddon, Khârn, Angron, Fulgrim, and Zardu Layak all play crucial roles as the battle escalates. The centerpiece of the episode is the Saturnine Gambit, where Dorn turns a hidden weakness in the walls into a deadly trap for the Sons of Horus and Emperor’s Children. Although the loyalists win a dramatic tactical victory, the cost is staggering. The Outer Palace is lost, the traitors tighten their grip, and the road to the Emperor’s throne grows ever shorter.
