My Love Hate Relationship with Guitar Center (+1000 subs, thank you!)

In this video I talk about my storied order history with Guitar Center, repairing this Mesa Mark IVA Rack head, and my pros and cons about ordering used through the Guitar Center website. I don't intend for this to be a "pity party" or just complaints - but it's worth letting any serious musician know about the reliability of GC orders. Sometimes it is worth the risk - other times, not so much, but that's what that 45-day return policy is for. Current statistics: Out of 110 total orders, 34 had a major issue (31%) and 26 had a minor issue. That means around 55% of my GC used orders have had some kind of problem Minor issues include: Missing power cables, missing fuses in amps, missing tubes, broken strings, light damage from poor packaging, incorrectly described item, missing case or other accessories in the listing, etc Major issues include: Orders cancelled without notification, serious damage that requires repair, completely wrong item sent --- Also, thank you to everyone who has been subscribing and commenting.
