Sun N Fun Convention in Lakeland Florida Dan Johnson had to opportunity to talk to Dan Weseman designer and manufacturer of the Panther experimental light sport aircraft. They talked about the current Corvair powerplant that Dan is using as well as several other aircraft engines he is currently designing mounts and cowlings for. These include the Ul Power engines, the Jabiru, Continental, and Lycoming. Dan indicates that he is well on the way in the development of a two seat Panther and his current plans are to offer it as an experimental aircraft, an ELSA, and an LSA ready to fly craft.
