Wild Weather, Empty Beaches & Family Chaos | Our Esperance Adventure

Our time along the coast near Esperance took a turn we didn’t quite expect… the weather rolled in and showed us a completely different side of this stunning coastline. But that’s the beauty of travelling you make the most of whatever comes your way. We spent a few days exploring the incredible beaches around Quagi Beach and Alexander Bay, and even with the rougher conditions it turned into one of those trips we won’t forget. Instead of postcard perfect sunshine, we got wild ocean energy, moody skies and a whole lot of fun. We caught waves, cruised along the beach, explored the coastline, and even turned the dunes into our own playground, sand boarding down them on body boards. The kids also discovered the ultimate beach game… using seaweed to play “the sand is lava”. Sometimes the best adventures come when things don’t go exactly as we thought. The weather may have changed the vibe, but it made the experience even more memorable. If you love raw coastlines, beach driving, family adventures and making the most of whatever nature throws at you, this one’s for you.
