They are four characters in one (like Tri-Borg from Mortal Kombat X). There are some cute easter eggs, like "Toasty" written on the pizza box as a Mortal Kombat reference, or "Big Apple 3 AM" stickers on the skateboard. To select each Turtle, you need to equip the weapon of the Turtle you want to play in Customize. I recommend getting TMNT to level 10 to get a fourth Loadout-slot and be able to easily select all four of them. Each Turtle has a unique moveset with the exception of a few core attacks like Back + X. The Injustice games have been turned into a series of comics and recently, an animated movie.
