Suspect arrested in Somalia in 2021 Ohio cold-case killing, returned to face charges

A five-year-old cold case that left a Westside man dead has taken a major turn after federal authorities arrested a suspect overseas and returned him to Ohio to face charges. The U.S. Marshals Service said Hanut Abdulle was arrested in May in Somalia. Authorities said Abdulle has been brought back to Ohio in connection with the killing of 24-year-old Bryce Persang.
