Only 3 ingredient, delicious Condensed Milk Cookies (Gluten-Free). They are crumbly, have melt away texture, buttery flavour and not too sweet at the same time. It’s incredibly quick and easy to make. Enjoy! Ingredients: 112g butter/ 8 tbsp salted butter 155g/ ½ cup sweetened condensed milk 240g/ 1 ½ cup cornstarch/cornflour + 2 tbsp if necessary Bake in the oven 180C/350F for 13-15 min or until edges turn golden. Cool on the tray for 5 min, transfer to a wire rack and cool completely. Dust with some icing sugar (optional).
