Kettlebell Clean and Jerk (long cycle) and Push-up ladder
This workout is challenging to say the least. What we are going to do is a 1-10 ladder of Long cycle (clean and jerk) and push-ups. I want you to complete this as fast as you can while keeping your form the best you can. I will challenge you to never let go of the kettlebells for this entire workout. You of course can set them down, but in the spirit of kettlebell sport make sure your hands are always on the handles even if you are resting. For this workout I used two 24kg bells. You can challenge yourself how ever you see fit. Good luck and let me know how it went for you! If You like my workouts then Check out my FREE 7 Day Savage Shred!!
