Replacing old Sprinkler Controller with Orbit b-hyve

In this video we replace my old Rain Bird Sprinkler timer with the new Orbit b-hyve sprinkler controller. I picked this controller because of price point and the features. I really like the b-hyve app it works very well and set-up is extremely easy. I also love the fact that while its app driven, it still has a local LCD and control panel for set-up as well and that is something I was not going to settle with a controller without the full local control. The battery back-up for memory is nice and the rain delay and easy program change are awesome. I mention in the video 2 months ago I bought this controller for around $86. It is already gone up to over $100 before I installed it and published this video. Hope this helps someone else looking into changing one out to a similar type as well. Thanks for watching!
