I visited the town of Rafael Perazza, located at kilometer 72 in the department of San José, Uruguay. Just an hour and a half from Montevideo, this place is characterized, based on my experience, by being incredibly peaceful, safe, and full of friendly people. I've been to other towns in San José like Kiyú, Puntas de Valdez, and Villa María, and this place isn't just better, it's unique. I'll show it to you in this video.
