A Deal With the Devil Charted

I kinda just decided to do this because there wasn't a chart of this and i liked the song, and also attempting to get more experience with OS Engine rather than Psych Engine. Not as big as Phobos but not the smallest song either. Also, VD is counting the Phobos Conbi model that Mushy made as canon so that's why I used it. also for some reason blood has never been animated to my knowledge so i decided to make sprites for him. Conbi Y part was a pain to chart but the other parts were rather easy due to being somewhat repetitive, but the song is still pretty decent nonetheless.
