The newcomer sits at the top of Kawasaki's Supernaked range, just a step below the over-the-top Z H2, which essentially belongs in a category of its own. From a design standpoint, there's nothing new; the family feel is typically Z: the Z1100 is modeled after the Sugomi style, first introduced in 2014 with the Z1000. The technical foundation is consolidated and quite rich (aluminum frame, high-end suspension and brakes), but will the new 1100 engine be enough to convince fans of this type of bike?
