I Switched To A SOFTER Backhand Rubber (HUGE MISTAKE)

After my first tourney with the W968 where I lost USATT rating points, I went back to the drawing boards to strategize a way I can get better. I realized I wanted to try a different backhand rubber as I was missing a lot of serves with Dignics 09c previously so I try out a new rubber in my lesson and boba league.
