Kẹo Hồ Lô Đây !

Hello everyone! Many of us have probably seen candied hawthorn berries, either in real life or in movies, especially in historical dramas. These berries are characterized by their small, round, bright red berries skewered together, making them very visually appealing. Candied hawthorn berries have been around for a long time, originating from Beijing, China, and their original ingredient is hawthorn fruit. -Although the candy looks very attractive, its preparation is incredibly simple, using only two ingredients: fresh fruit and sugar. In Vietnam, it's difficult to find fresh hawthorn fruit, so you can use other fruits as substitutes. Here, I used strawberries, seedless grapes, cherry tomatoes, and small tangerines. These fruits all have a slightly sour taste and are not too large, making them very suitable for candied hawthorn berries.
