Discover the secret behind why Eco House's insulation is so outstanding when building standard country houses and rural homes, and why there are no cracks or warping even after relocation, by watching the factory production process! 🔍 Key Points of the Eco House Factory Tour *Ultra-strong steel frame structure exceeding seismic design standards: To ensure there is no bending or unevenness when lifting and moving with a crane, we erect steel structures and reinforcement posts much more densely than the structural review (seismic design) standards. * CO2 Welding: Incomparable to Standard Arc Welding CO2 welding equipment is used as standard for structural connections, including floor surfaces, to create a very tight and strong bond for the frame. Seamless, Perfect Sealing with Water-Based Soft Foam Insulation: The interior walls are filled with water-based soft foam to a thickness of approximately 25 cm. Since it is installed inside the walls where it is not exposed to sunlight, it maintains excellent airtightness and insulation for a very long time without worrying about damage. Double Finishing That Supports Wall-Mounted TVs During the interior finishing process, wooden battens are erected and a double layer of standard plywood and gypsum board is installed. This ensures that heavy wall-mounted products are securely fixed no matter where they are hung on the wall. Bottom Insulation Foam Installation to Block Floor Heat Loss Unlike the on-site cast-in-place method, insulation foam is sprayed directly onto the underside of the house just before loading onto the vehicle to create a barrier layer. This prevents heat loss downwards, maximizing heating efficiency. Strict Construction Tailored to Region-Specific Completion Documents: We strictly adhere to standard construction procedures, using only windows and insulation materials that possess test reports (semi-noncombustible, flame-retardant documents) compliant with the specific building standards of each region, such as Central Region 1, Region 2, and the Southern Region. 🚛 On-Site Interlocking and Completion Finishing Techniques For interconnected housing where two or more modules are combined, walls, ceilings, and floors are precisely manufactured in the factory with an accuracy of within 1mm. After on-site installation, the interlocking boundaries are airtightened once more with foam and finished with welding. Consequently, upon completion, the finish is so clean that it is impossible to locate the connection points, making it look like a single, seamless house. Finishing work after on-site installation takes approximately one week, after which the completion procedures proceed immediately.
