Despite no known family history of cancer, JJ was diagnosed with colorectal cancer at only 27 years old. After brushing off abdominal pain for months, JJ went to the doctor. This led to an emergency CT scan and colonoscopy. He later found out his cancer was caused by Lynch syndrome, an inherited disorder that increases the risk of getting cancer.
