LEGO USS Enterprise-D Stand Build | Boring… But Surprisingly Interesting

In this companion video, I take a short detour from the main LEGO Star Trek USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D build to assemble the display stand. Out of the 30 bags in this massive set, two are dedicated entirely to the stand—so rather than interrupt Parts 1 and 2 of the main build, I decided to give it its own video. This section is mostly black Technic parts, very symmetrical, and admittedly not the most exciting build… but it does offer a great look at LEGO’s design choices, center of gravity, and how the finished Enterprise is supported.
