In this seasons first episode we start our journey towards France. We start off with a presentation of our camping car, a hyper excise-i 678. We bought it new and have adjusted it to our needs. We're a family of four, mum Frida, dad David, daughter Elise and our little poodle Sol. The camping car is a lightweight model with a total weight of 3.5 tonnes. It's 7.5 meters long and a good compromise for traveling around in Europe where there are a lot of restrictions for heavier cars. It got all we need and drives faster than the heavier ones. We're also allowed in places like citycenters where heavier cars may not be allowed. We fit into campsites in southern Europe which are commonly smaller than campsites in the north. Like all camping cars it is a compromise and we always have to be careful with what we load to not exceed our limit.
