RAID TAN HILL - Driving Buttertubs Pass in a Citroen 2CV to the highest pub in Britain.

January can mean only one thing, well two things.... Winter weather and the annual 'Raid Tan Hill' event by Leeds based Citroen 2CV group 'Les Hiboux' affiliated with 2CVGB. My friend and Citroen enthusiast Ben allowed me to tag along with him for this years event in his 2CV Bamboo. In this action packed adventure we head out north from Leeds in to the scenic heaven of the Yorkshire Dales through Hawes and on to the Buttertubs Pass, Said by many including Jeremy Clarkson to be the best driving road in England. Our destination, the Tan Hill Inn (the highest pub in Britain) with a few stops along the way.
