Koala - Australia (Extended Version) The Paramount Park in Rödermark (Hesse) was the former ice rink Rödermark and then for nine years one of the most famous German large-capacity discotheques with a total size of 3,200 square meters. The Paramount Park was divided into several areas: Mirage (large club), Cotton Club (small club) and various bar and bistro areas (eg Hollywood Cafe). Characteristic of the nightclub was the dance floor in the Mirage, which was about two meters deeper, which was covered with aluminum plates and the five-minute laser show - sometimes even with fireworks - which was always held at midnight. On the outside of the dance floor, four dancers were located in lofty heights. Opposite the spacious DJ pulpit was a stage on which the fireworks were ignited - this could be used as a dance stage after the fireworks. Above the stage was the laser system. The music system was at the beginning of the company Eichler and was replaced over the years by a JBL plant. From October 1993 to the closing in October 2002, there were regular techno big events with well-known DJs / artists like Westbam, Marusha, Torsten Fenslau, Tom Wax, RMB, Kai Tracid, Tillmann Uhrmacher, Cosmic Gate, Hennes & Cold, Scot Project, Miss Shiva, Jay Frog, Ulli Brenner, Warmduscher, Pedro del Mar, DJ Shah, DJ Mind-X, FMF Greg, Pulsedriver, DJ Wag / Uwe Wagenknecht, Dany Lemon, Haddaway. Some of these events were also broadcast live by hr3, Radio RPR and Sunshine. The hr3 Clubnight was regularly broadcast live from the Paramount Park.
