Day #24 – Marked & Mantled Reading -Mark 14:32-52 Theme: Gethsemane Surrender💞⚓🩸 🌿 Reflection Gethsemane is the place where surrender becomes real. Jesus shows us that surrender is not pretending the journey is easy, it is choosing God’s purpose even when our emotions, fears, or desires want another way. In prayer, Jesus found strength to obey. The garden reminds us that God meets us in the place where we release control and trust His hands. 💎Gethsemane reveals the weight of surrender 💎Jesus brought His pain to the Father in prayer 💎The disciples struggled with spiritual alertness 💎The battle was won before the cross 💎Judas’ betrayal shows the danger of a heart disconnected from God. Prayer 🙏🏽 Father, teach me the surrender Jesus demonstrated in Gethsemane. Help me bring my fears, desires, and struggles before You in prayer. Give me the grace to say, “Not my will, but Yours be done.” Strengthen my heart to trust Your plan even when the path is difficult.
