He was celebrated. And as long as he sought the Lord — God made him to prosper. "He sought God during the days of Zechariah, who instructed him in the fear of God. He walked into a place reserved only for the priests — a place he had no authority to enter — and leprosy broke out on his forehead before he could leave. He was a leper until the day he died. The very gifts God placed in your hands can become a danger when they begin to make you feel entitled to things God never authorized. YOUR promotion is a gift. It is not a credential to bypass what God has established. It is not a license to operate outside your lane.
