We'll have a salad recipe to make your routine easier. ------------------------ Each lunch box contains: • 75g of skinless roasted thigh; • 90g of ground beef; • 50g of rice; • 80g of baked potato; • 80g (or more) of assorted vegetables. ------------------------- Cup size: 250ml Glass jars I use: 370ml and 640ml (I bought them on Amazon, Shopee, and Mercado Livre) TIP FOR DEFROSTING: For better texture and flavor, remove the lunch box from the freezer and refrigerate it for 1 day before serving. When reheating, microwave for 5 to 7 minutes on high power. ⚠️ After thawing, do not refreeze. #cooking #realfood #healthylife
