Historic 1914 Estate With Mixed Fixtures!

Built as a private gathering hall in 1914, and became a normal residential house in the late 1960’s. This was an interesting place! Very odd layout especially with the restrooms. Definitely VERY rare to find a ejecto with a Modernus trapway! None of the toilets here are original from 1914, but the sinks and tubs are. I can imagine what was here originally! Definitely J.L. Mott toilets. Anyways, Rating of the fixtures in this house: • One 1930 “Standard” Siacto Toilet. Rating 10/10! • One 1930 “Standard” Ejecto Toilet. Rating 10/10! • One 1931 Kohler Sibley Toilet. Rating 10/10! • One 1992 American Standard Cadet Toilet. Rating 0/10. (Unplumbed/uninstalled.) • One 1969 Norris Toilet. Rating 0/10. (Didn’t film, not working.) • One 1993 Kohler Wellworth Portrait Lite Toilet. Rating 0/10. (Not filmed.) Video Specs: Filmed on: February 24, 2026. Filmed with: iPhone 17 Pro Max.
