‘Biggest product release ever’: Tesla drops car production to push Optimus robot release
Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood spoke on the recent announcement made by Tesla Co-founder and CEO Elon Musk regarding the production of the Optimus Robot. “It stopped manufacturing its Model S Tesla car and its Model X car," Mr Greenwood said. “The reason why they’ve basically stopped manufacturing those cars is so that they can start to manufacture other things, including robots, the Optimus robot. “[It's] the biggest product released ever, not just by Tesla, but ever in the world, is that robot.”
