This is our interpretation of the Darkthrone classic, “Transilvanian Hunger.” The accompanying visuals wander through the shadowed Bavarian woods, where an ancient Celtic relic lies forgotten beneath moss and time, the solemn avenues of Dublin’s Glasnevin Cemetery, and the endless halls of the Paris Catacombs, the world’s largest ossuary. To us, Darkthrone has always stood as the very embodiment of the Norwegian black metal spirit. Recording this song has been both a privilege and a tribute to a band whose legacy continues to cast a long shadow. This release is only possible because Nocturno Culto said yes.
