Debussy Premiere Rhapsodie Robert Marcellus 3 Performances 1969
OK, this is a huge treat for Robert Marcellus fans. Here we have 3 separate performances. Marcellus sounds incredible and the Cleveland Orchestra gives us an electrifying performance under the baton of Pierre Boulez. Other than the dates, I don't have a lot of info on the locations of these concerts. On my files, the location of Toledo is listed in the second performance. On the third performance I don't have anything but a date and the words "from Lani Spahr" which Google tells me is an oboist.... not sure what that's all about. I have a lot of files with "from Lani Spahr" on them so if anyone knows what that is, then let me know in the comments. Enjoy!
