London City Walk 2024 | 4K Virtual Walking Tour

London is a lovely city and provides jobs and living place to millions of people .As someone living in the North we love our short trips to this great city. I always try walking and seeing as much of London as possible and share that with you. This walk starts at National Maritime Museum and Royal Greenwich Park (famous for Greenwich meridian).Greenwich is a beautiful borough of London. You could see the big bottle called Nelson's ship in a bottle .It is a sculpture by the British-Nigerian artist Yinka Shonibare. You could also see William IV's statue. It then passes through the Greenwich Market and you can also see the big ship "Cutty Sark" and Royal Naval College and University of Greenwich can be viewed as well briefly. There is a cruise pier along Thames. I then took the Greenwich foot tunnel which passes under the Thames River. The cast-iron tunnel is 1,215 feet (370.2 m) long, 50 feet (15.2 m) deep (Wikipedia) There are lifts available for cyclists and people with disabilities. The walk then continues through The Millwall Park and Dock (Isle of Dogs) to Canary Wharf area. Here you could see the famous Canary Wharf station, Jubilee Park and South Quay footbridge. The walk then continues to Tower bridge which is covered in the 2nd video and can be viewed here "   • London Looks Incredible Right Now  ".
