Live: SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launches Transporter 17 with 81 rideshare payloads from California
Watch live coverage as SpaceX launches a Falcon 9 rocket from California carrying 81 payloads as part of its smallsat rideshare program called Transporter. Liftoff from Space Launch Complex 4E (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, at 12:12 a.m. PDT (3:12 a.m. EDT / 0712 UTC). The mission will use the Falcon 9 first-stage booster, tail number B1097, which is making its 11th flight. About 8.5 minutes after liftoff, the booster will target a landing on the drone ship, ‘Of Course I Still Love You,’ positioned in the Pacific Ocean. The Transporter 17 mission will follow a southerly trajectory upon departure from Vandenberg.
