33 TRIMMED Work and Energy for Rigid Body Planar Motion
The previous Video 33 contains an awkward example because of a fundamental mistake from Video 32: I mistakenly took the equation M_IC = I_IC * alpha as general, while it ONLY applies to the special situation when a disk (or a wheel, a cylinder etc.) rolls without slipping. This mistake also renders two examples (one in Video 32 and one Video 33) invalid. Since I don't have time right now to write new examples and produce new videos, I simply trimmed the incorrect information off for now. I do plan to do a better job re-modifying the videos this summer. Thanks to Prof. Abdel Salaam Mohamad from King Abdulaziz, Saudi Arabia for pointing out my mistake.
