BMW R1300GS Weiser-Technik Wizard Module + add a Tail / Brake Light to your R1300GS, F900GS, S1000XR

BMW R1300GS & the new Weiser-Technik Wizard Modules. These new Wizard Modules can be fitted to the following models: BMW R 1300GS 2024 onwards - BMW F 900GS 2024 onwards - BMW S 1000R & RR & XR 2020 onwards - BMW M 1000R & RR & XR 2023 onwards. Currently Weiser-Technik have 3 versions of the Wizard V5 Module for the motorbikes listed above. Below is an explanation of what each version offers. These innovative Wizard modules use microprocessor technology to work seamlessly with the bikes CANbus electronics system. Re-sequencing the output signals from the bike’s lighting controller to repurpose the functionality of the rear indicators and also give you the option to ADD an additional Brake / Tail light assembly, further enhancing illumination and visibility on the rear of your motorbike. V5 (Link)- Standard: See link below This module is supplied without an auxiliary brake/running (position) light connection, and it’s a simple Plug & Play solution and is the easiest version to install and takes only a few minutes to fit. The original BMW rear indicators function normally as both red running and brake lights until the indicator is activated. When an indicator is activated (on either side) the module cancels out both the running and brake lights leaving only the amber indicator light clearly visible on that side. There is no longer any confusion or ambiguity for following traffic of the rider’s intentions. These modules also have one important additional feature (to the V4 issue), and that is, if the hazard warning lights are operated whilst riding or when parked the functionality is set to revert to “stock” this allows brake and running light function to work in factory setting. This is a safety feature that Weiser-Technik believes should be retained. V5 – BR-Plus: See link below This module is supplied with auxiliary brake & running (position) light functionality and compatible connector. It is recommended for countries whose laws allow three brake/running (position) lights on a motorcycle.* *Most of the world allows this setup, with the exception of some EU countries. With this kit you will receive a Wizard Module that has an additional cable and connector for connecting a third-party brake and tail lamp assembly. The software is pre-set at optimum brightness for both Brake light and running light functions. When you place your order for the V5-BR you will be given a choice of compatible brake / tail lamp units to choose from. Then once you have installed your additional brake / tail lamp assembly and the V5-BR module you will have a super bright additional brake light and an additional tail / running light. The functions and features of the V5-BR remain the same as the standard module mentioned above. V5 Link – BO-Plus: See link below This module is supplied with auxiliary brake light functionality & compatible connector. It is recommended for countries whose laws only allow max two running (position) lights on a motorcycle.** **NOTE: This module is ONLY designed to operate a brake light and will NOT operate as a running (position) light. It was designed for some EU countries like Germany where 3 running lights are not permitted. With this kit you will receive a different Wizard Module that has an additional cable and connector for connecting an approved third-party brake lamp assembly. When you place your order for the V5-BO you will be given a choice of compatible brake lamp units to choose from. Then once you have installed your auxiliary brake lamp assembly with the V5-BO module you will have a super bright additional brake light.
