Lippert RV Window Glass FAIL

My 2026 Forest River Campsite Elite 36RF came with 13 Lippert 8800 Series windows with ICE glass reflective coating. I believe the mirrored/reflective coating on all of the double-pane glass was installed facing the wrong direction. I filed a warranty claim with Lippert, who reviewed photographs and concluded the windows were made and installed correctly — telling me that if a pane were reversed, the mirrored appearance would show from the inside rather than the outside. To test that explanation, I flipped a single pane in one of my windows so that, by Lippert's own reasoning, that one pane is now oriented "incorrectly." I then sent photos of all 13 windows, inside and outside — the same kind of evidence used to deny my claim — and asked Lippert to identify which pane I had flipped. They couldn't.
