In the previous lesson, we learned how to calculate the "Weighted Average Cost" of your factory's energy (for those who buy from the Free Market and the Utility Company) and how to apply the Load Factor to find the exact hourly cost of the machine. Now, let's take that number and enter it into the Actual Cost. Since electricity is the most classic example of a Variable Cost (it's only consumed if the machine is running), the entry is quick: just enter the hourly rate. The system itself will calculate what the maximum monthly cost would be if the machine worked all available hours in the month. What you will learn in this video: How to add the cost of "Electricity" to the Variable Costs tab of your machine. Direct entry: because you only need to type the hourly rate (e.g., R$ 8.44) and let the system do the rest. - How the system projects the energy "spending ceiling" (e.g., R$ 1,493.88) based on the registered monthly hours.
