Bulk Bag Unloader - Clamping Down on Dust

Carolina Conveying's Bulk Bag Discharge Station is the ultimate dust control for emptying bulk bags. The bag spout is untied inside a sealed access module with dust vent. The bag spout connects to a feed tube with pneumatic clamp that seals the spout to the tube for dust free transfer. Pneumatic pinch bars allow for the spout to be untied and retied. In case of accidental spills, the material and dust are still contained inside the access module. Multiple designs and styles are available in mild steel and stainless steel construction.
