Epic Descent from Mt Lofty to Gorge Rd via Corkscrew Rd

The Tour Down Under used Corkscrew Rd as a key race-defining feature and has since become iconic. With an average 10% gradient and winding scenic roads, you can tell why. I climbed this road accessing it from Gorge Rd and then headed up to the summit of Mt Lofty. As I climbed it quite early and with no street lighting the video footage was pitch black, but I managed to capture what will be my favour descent for years to come. South Australia, you delivered. Was a chilly morning for my summer kit but I put up with the numb hands to enjoy my most favourite climb and descent that I've ever experienced.
