I will show you how to upgrade the Virgin V6 box to the new Virgin TV 360 running the new Horizon TV Software. The Virgin TV upgrade was pretty smooth. The instructions say it can take up to 1 hour. Mine took about 10 minutes. It was very simple, easy to follow instructions and worked well. Please note - when you perform the upgrade - you will lose all recording etc on the current v6 boxes you have. So all series links etc will need to be setup again once the upgrade is compete.
