Van life isn’t always the perfect sunset you see on Instagram. This week on our Full-Time Van Life UK journey, we're sharing the reality of living in a van when things get tough. From third-party drama to mental health, we’re getting real about the highs and lows. This week, we hit a wall. If you’ve ever felt completely drained by someone else’s behavior, especially when your hands are tied and there’s absolutely nothing you can do to fix it, then you know exactly how we’ve been feeling. Dealing with recurring "third-party" drama is one of the hardest parts of our journey. It’s heavy, it’s frustrating, and it’s honestly exhausting to navigate, especially when your home is a small, shared space. We spent a few days in a bit of a dark cloud, feeling the weight of things we couldn't control. But we refuse to let the "horrible" win. In today’s video, we’re being raw about the mental health side of living on the road. When the world outside feels chaotic, we turn inward to our little sanctuary. We decided to shake off the negative energy by doing a deep, satisfying, top-to-bottom spring clean on a beautiful, sunny, spring day.
