2005+ Xterra front axle seal leak

Replacing driver side front differential seal on a 2010 Xterra S (Not Offroad/Pro 4x). This video shows the steps required to remove the leaking seal and replace it. Parts may vary depending on year and trim as well as torque specs and nut sizes. This Xterra was leaking front differential oil at the driver's side seal. Seal was replaced with the appropriate oem part for this year/month/trim level Xterra. Leaking seal apparently had a tear resulting in the leak. Apologies for background noise and allergies.
