Countdown timer in PowerPoint without add-ins

Using a timer is useful in teaching or running workshops or other PowerPoint cases, but there is no built-in feature so I go through a couple of hacks using just shapes and animations to make this doable without add-ins that can sometimes be clunky or inaccessible to many in large companies. In the video I show you can only do up to 1 minute but with this you can make it up to 10 minutes. 1. Open the animation pane then 2. Right click on the object from the animation pane 3.
