Çarşıdaki herhangibir fırına gidiyorsunuz ve oradan tepsinizi emanet olarak alıp kasaba giriyorsunuz. Kasap kişi sayısına göre eti tartarak tepsiye koyuyor ve içine malzemeleri katıp kendisi fırına veriyor veya size teslim ediyor. Fırından çıkan tava yemeğini yanında aldığınız pide ile bulduğunuz bir masada oturup yemeğinizi afiyetle yiyorsunuz. Anadolu'nun şu zengin yemek kültürüne hayran olmamak elde değil...
