Scapular cues and movement during the bench press, military press and rowing
Explaining some concepts and cues with regards to scapular mechanics in the common biggest upper body exercises. I mentioned that you need to avoid scapular depression on the way down during the bench press. I forgot to mention (although I clearly show it) that they should maintain height also during the concentric pressing phase.
