Recently, there was a need to spend most of my time in Moscow for work. This one-room apartment was originally purchased for rent and will continue to be used in the future. But I decided that instead of renting a larger apartment, but not cozy or inconvenient, it is better to live in a small and stylish one for now. At the same time, our family has exactly the same apartment, which we will rent out right away. Almost all the walls in the apartment are load-bearing, so the layout options were limited. Especially considering the existing restrictions on the transfer of wet areas, etc. However, I came up with 3-4 options even with such restrictions. At the family council, we chose the existing option and it turned out like this: a two-room apartment did not work out, we had to make a three-room apartment)))) Today, instead of a children's room, a second adult bedroom has been equipped, since I now live with a friend. I did the layout of the apartments in Planoplan. It's cool that in the end, reality turned out to be very close to 3D pictures. Although the kitchen layout changed dramatically right during the renovation. I think the renovation lasted a very long time - 8 months (we planned 3 months for 3 identical apartments). Firstly, the pandemic began and I could not come and properly supervise. Secondly, the "revolution" began in Belarus. And thirdly, very inefficient and slow builders. Cost of renovation with furniture, appliances and decor: 1,400,000 – 1,500,000 rubles. It's cool that in Minsk my husband and I have a personal bathroom - 16 sq.m., a dressing room - 10 sq.m., etc., and here such a tiny apartment and everything fits, and I'm thrilled how much I like everything)))) I also want to say that I was very inspired by Olya's room tours and by her personally. Despite the fact that I used many life hacks 14 years ago when building and arranging the house, I got a lot of new ideas from her videos.
