Clearing Fear

This SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy) clearing is focused on releasing energetic blocks around fear so you can return to love, reconnect with your center, and move forward with greater trust and clarity. Fear is one of the base negative emotions that can pull us away from our true nature and throw us off center. It shows up in many forms (fear of the unknown, fear of change, fear of loss) and when left unaddressed, it can quietly shape our decisions, our relationships, and our sense of self. This clearing honors the importance of knowing yourself, your limits, your triggers, and what you allow in so you can work with fear in a way that is digestable for your system. You don't need to understand everything being cleared, simply be open to receive. Everyone experiences energy work differently, and you may notice emotional shifts, clarity, relaxation, or subtle changes unfolding over the next few days.
