A total must-do. Göreme Open-Air Museum: Incredible cave churches and frescoes. Devrent Valley (Devrent Vadisi): Home to the super cute camel-shaped rock 🐪. Fairy Chimneys (Paşabağ Vadisi): The iconic mushroom-shaped rocks (Entry fee: €12). Uçhisar Castle: The highest point in Cappadocia, offering an unparalleled view of the sunset. Pigeon Valley: Great spot to view Uçhisar Castle from afar surrounded by countless pigeons. 🐾 Hidden Highlight: Cappadocia is literally heaven on earth for cat and dog lovers! 🐱🐶 🍽️ Foodie Notes: Seten Restaurant: Stunning high-angle night views and great ambiance. Wooden Spoon Cave Restaurant: The lamb rice, pies, rice pudding, and soup of the day were absolutely incredible. Clean plates all around! 👍 Restoran Malaysia: A great, budget-friendly spot if you're craving comforting fried rice and fried noodles. Chef Kebap Restoran Cappadocia: We only went in for some desserts, but the super friendly owner still treated us to free bread starters! 🏠 Where We Stayed: Travel Inn Cave Hotel: The rooftop terrace is the ultimate spot for capturing those epic hot air balloon photos.
