Welcome to this gem of a house in Mérida, a project by Taller Estilo Arquitectura, directed by Atahualpa Hernández, Víctor Cruz, and Luis Estrada. Their primary intention was to work with natural, common, and readily available materials, leaving them exposed to reveal their true beauty. This house doesn't seek to impress with excess, but rather with sensitivity. Here, the architecture is built upon light, shadow, temperature, materials, and detail, resulting in a small dwelling that is profoundly rich in atmosphere.
