Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that as of 13th May 2020 residents of England would be able to take unlimited amounts of outdoor exercise, as well as to enjoy the parks for relaxation purposes. Also certain industries such as construction have been encouraged to return to work. The aim is to present an accurate portrayal of the shift in dynamic as the fear factor hopefully subsides over the coming weeks before the next phase, which would be to open schools and certain shops on the 1st June at the earliest. With that in mind I will be meticulous in logging the exact date and approximate time for proper context. Episode 9 takes a walk down North End Road in West Kensington. We head north, ending up on Hammersmith Road. At the 14:09 mark we see Olympia London - a famous venue for conferences and events. Fun fact: West Kensington was originally called North End (hence the street name, North End Road). That was until a couple of Victorian developers rebranded it accordingly to make it sound more gentrified in order to sell more property. Geographically it is west of Kensington, though!
