This class is a gentle and grounding slow flow yoga practice designed to help you release tension, reduce stress before the pace of the season picks up so you can meet the weeks ahead with more ease, presence and a little more space both physically and mentally. A nourishing practice that explores reconnecting to the space of your heart - Hridaya to support you if you're feeling overwhelmed, fatigued or just feeling the holiday pressure.
