DOLS with children and young people
Alice Roe, Researcher at the Nuffield Family Justice Observatory, will share findings from their research tracking deprivation of liberty applications at the Royal Courts of Justice from July 2022 to June 2023, including the characteristics and needs of children, opportunities for children’s participation, and legal outcomes of cases.
