Weiss his son participates in the Austrian trade exhibition in Vienna and won a silver medal there. At that time, 35 workers were employed in the factory building itself and 50 outside. At the Industrial Exhibition in London in 1851, Weiss exhibited 206 different tools (mainly planers) and received a medal of honor. - the model presented is from the era of the father of the 1820s/30s.
