Korg Opsix - Let's Build a "Broken" E-Piano from Scratch (sound design workflow)

I was planning on putting out a deep-dive into one of the operator modes for my next opsix video, but in the meantime an idea for a patch popped into my head and I wanted to try and capture the process on camera - so here we are! The idea I had for the patch is probably sat in one of, if not the most "clichéd" genre of FM patches: the E-Piano - but what I wanted to put together was an E-Piano patch that was broken and fragile and neglected and weathered because I think that's where a lot of beauty lies in sound design. So here's the patch from scratch, starting with getting the general sound, to finessing it so that it feels good to play at all velocities and across the whole keyboard, and adding the sprinkling of fairy dust from the excellent sounding on-board effects.
